Happy 22nd to this hard working, quietly funny oldest son of ours. He’s on the fence about working on the Venturess this year, so do your best to convince him to stay. We love having him on board!! Have a great day kiddo
Once a fisherman always a fisherman! For the first time we paid to go on a fishing charter...... now we know how you all feel.... it’s addictive and we’re ready to go again!!!!
Happy New Year to clients/friends of the past and future. With a full schedule ahead of us we can’t wait to get the season started..... here’s to 2021! 🥂#homer #kodiak #fueledbynature #fieldtotable #itsinourblood #blackbear #halibut #deer #seatotable #getthepartystarted
We are so fortunate to be able to combine family and work. The last 7 days were spent with the whole family, old friends and new friends. Deer hunting was excellent and quality time with loved ones was priceless. During these times we realized how real Covid is as one of our long time APS friends is battling for his life. Lex Walker...... know we’re all pulling for you and not a period of time in our day goes by without us looking for an update.
Happy Thanksgiving! We give thanks daily for each of you, who allow us to be able to do what we love, and share that with you. We have the most amazing clients that we get to call friends and we appreciate each of you! We hope you enjoy your day, however you choose to spend it......
As long as we have the ability to do what we love with people we love to be around ..... nothing else matters or has ever mattered! #deerhunt2020 #lifeisgood #fieldtotable #ItsInOurNature
Kodiak never disappoints.......a week spent with some of my favorite people during our favorite time of the year!
A special thanks to all of our amazing clients that let us slide through this season fairly smoothly! Fishing was incredible and we are fortunate for the special bonds we have made with our clients, some have been social distancing with us for over twenty years! The boat sits idle now anxiously awaiting our next season! Blacktail 2020!!!!
Down to the last couple fishing trips before we get ready for deer hunting........ it’s been an incredible summer and we are so thankful for our clients that have trusted us to make this crazy year a little more ‘normal’!
Crew change week...... what an absolute pleasure it was to have Sawyer on the boat for the first 6 weeks of our season and even more special that he’s grown up with Micah and our family. We have thoroughly enjoyed watching him grow into the man and fisherman that he is and we wish him all the luck in his upcoming school year! We now have Andrew back and the three brothers will finish out the season!
“When beholding the tranquil beauty and brilliancy of the oceans skin, one forgets the tiger heart that pants beneath it. Herman Melville, Moby Dick
Well that was crazy! Freak snow buries the Venturess!!
What a week! Since inception we have been social distancing! Fun was had, fish were caught, beer was consumed, and Casey got a new Toy!
In our current times of uncertainty let’s not forget why the 4th of July is significant: We celebrate American Independence Day on the Fourth of July every year. We think of July 4, 1776, as a day that represents the Declaration of Independence and the birth of the United States of America as an independent nation. Enjoy the outdoors, family and friends.....please do it safely and responsibly!
Alaska Premier Sportfishing would like to wish you and yours a happy and safe Fourth of July!
Week one with members of Bozeman’s Flying Zamboni’s hockey team was Epic!
Fun couple hours on the water yesterday! New interior cushions installed and we are now officially ready for our first fishing group of the season!
Good morning friends! Just wanted to explain how the trip to Alaska will work for all our people fishing with us this summer. As of now (next scheduled update from the state of Alaska is June 22nd, so subject to change) the process for coming into Alaska looks like this: Arrive in Alaska with a negative COVID-19 test result that was taken within 72 hours of your travel. Take a test when you arrive in Alaska (they have vouchers at the airport) and quarantine until your results come back. Elect to quarantine for 14 days. Upon arrival at the airport you will be directed through a health screening process. As of now you will need to fill out a health mandate form online and show proof to the health officials. Painless process, but necessary! As of now, you will need to wear a mask for the boarding process of your flight. We, for the time being with the current regulations have made some modifications to help our clients adhere to the quarantine option if that’s what you choose. Please feel free to call or text me with any more details or questions. We are so excited to be fishing with you all soon....
