Captain Terry Spoonemore is a full-time fishing guide licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard and the Texas Parks and Wildife. When fishing with Spoony’s Guide Service you will fish aboard a 21’ Majek Redfisher boat powered by a 150 horsepower Yamaha outboard. This craft is specially designed to operate in the shallow lakes and backwaters of the Texas coast.

I have fished the area bays around Seadrift and Port O’Connor for over forty years. I have the experience to make your trip to the coast memorable and successful.

Catching redfish and trout has been a lifelong passion for me. Whether wading the flats and shorelines with artificial lures or casting bait from the boat, I have the experience to fish “your way”. I enjoy teaching these skills to others and sharing a fun and exciting day on the water.
