The Team
We’re sportsmen but we’re also accomplished professionals who believe in the power of technology and have built careers solving big problems, building teams and creating solutions across the marketing, healthcare and commercial real estate industries. There’s over $90 Billion spent on hunting and fishing in the US every year by over 37 million sportsmen. The market is fragmented, the majority of operators are using outdated technology to advertise and run their businesses and sportsmen are looking for a better way to find and book adventures. We have the solution.
We’ve started with a great team but we’ve only just begun. If you have a passion for the outdoors, enjoy the challenge of turning “we can’t” into “we can” then we’d love to hear from you. Send us a note and start your adventure helping us build something great!
Rob is the co-founder of Fin & Field. Rob’s passion for fishing led he and his wife, Christina, to the original concept for Fin & Field. He’s focused on sportsmen and operator outreach and guiding the teams mission of making the process of finding, planning and booking hunting and fishing adventures easier. Rob met fellow co-founder, Rob Duva, at The George Washington University where the two became roommates, fraternity brothers and lifelong friends.
From tee to green, Rob’s lifelong pursuit of the outdoors is typically measured 72 shots at a time. But, long before he ever picked up a golf club, he was catching fish with his Dad. Rob most recently was co-founder, COO and board member of Invoca (formerly RingRevenue, Inc). His vision led to the creation of Invoca, the industry-leading inbound call marketing solution for Fortune 1000 and Inc. 500 companies. Rob’s efforts were focused on leading the product, implementation, and client development teams for the organization. Prior to Invoca, as Director of Customer Acquisition and as Sr. Product Manager for CallWave, Inc., he developed strategies and defined product requirements for customer acquisition and retention that helped secure a tier-one venture capital investment and created the foundation for CallWave's IPO. Rob earned a BS degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University.
