I grew up fishing walleye, catfish and other freshwater species in Minnesota, then moved to Colorado in 1995 to chase trout. That move started my addiction to fly fishing and I have been exploring waters from Colorado to Alaska ever since. I consider myself a very versatile fisherman who is as comfortable fooling a rising trout on pressured waters as I am dragging a flathead catfish out of a snag. I just love to fish.
