Deposit: A $100.00 Deposit is required to hold your reservation. In the event of bad weather, your deposit will be returned or trip rescheduled. A 30 day cancellation notice is required for a deposit refund.

Cancellation Policy: A 30 day cancellation notice is required for a deposit refund. If you cancel within 10 days of your scheduled booking, then 50% of your total booking is due at time of cancellation. If I can schedule a new charter for your cancelled booking, then you will be refunded the total paid less the deposit. If you do not cancel your booking and you do not show up for your scheduled charter, then you are responsible for 100% of your entire booking.

Important Notes About Our Charters

• Tips are gladly accepted and are a customary reward for a great trip and hard work by your captain and crew. Tip percentages are the same % as tips for other common services.

• I will make any weather decisions for everyones safety.

• I use top of the line Shimano rods and reels. Any person fishing with my equipment is responsible for it. If equipment is damaged or lost, the person using the equipment is responsible for fixing or replacing it.

• Customized trips to most locations in the Florida Keys can be arranged to meet your needs. Justcontact us and we will be happy to take your requests.

• Kite fishing is mainly done during sailfish season.

• I use a wide variety of baits depending on the season and species of fish were going to catch. Flyfishing is available, since I grew up with a fly rod always at the ready.
