We took our boat to Table Rock Lake for a spring break fishing trip. With a rainy week predicted we decided to hire a pro to show us how most effectively to fish Table Rock Lake. We hired Dan for 4/18 and 4/18/17. We had with us our ten year old daughter who loves to fish. Dan met us both days at the boat dock and we were ready for business. My daughter had just started fishing with and open reel but after a few instructions from Dan she was unstoppable. Soon we were pulling in an assortment of Large Mouth, Smallmouth, Crappie and even a google eye. Dan could see the interest my daughter had in fishing and they would talk about bait, conditions, how to spot beds she was like a sponge and soaked up everything he shared with us. Soon she was shopping for her own pocket rocket for relieving snags and had perfected the line snap as well. We caught 53 fish over two mornings. Some of the largest bass we have ever caught. At the end of our two days we left with a wealth of knowledge and ready to tackle the lake on our own but left knowing we had made a friend.
