Make no mistake…there is an enormous difference. Rob and John, the owners of Wahoo!, could certainly take you fishing themselves as they are both Coast Guard licensed Captains. However, they are dedicated to offering the finest offshore fishing experience. As such, they secure Professional Tour Series winning captains to optimize your catch and experience. Tour Series winning captains have won multiple Professional Billfishing Tournament Series. They are the “Tiger Woods” of fishing. This level of fishing captain is hard to find and they are expensive but they are the best fishing captains in the business and they are fantastic company. We are proud to make these celebrated captains available to you. 

Wahoo! 

12 Hour Offshore Fishing: $2300 

This is our most popular package because it gives ample time to maximize the catch and try different fishing styles. Board the Wahoo! at 5am and head to the offshore fishing grounds. Your captain will contact you the day before leaving to see if you would like to target a particular type of fish or fishing style, but we usually begin by trolling for big game in the morning. If the big game bite stays strong, troll all day. If not, or if you simply desire, we will go bottom fishing until it’s time to head back. Arrive back at the dock at 5pm, enjoy your favorite beverage and watch the crew filet your catch! Maximum 6 guests. 5am – 5pm

8 Hour Offshore Fishing: $2000 

Board the Wahoo! at 5am or 8am (your choice) and head offshore. Depending on season / captain recommendation / your desires, either troll or bottom fish. This package is nice for people that don’t have enough time for the 12 hour trip. Maximum 6 guests. 5am – 1pm or 8am – 4pm

24 Hour Overnight Fishing: $3500 

Board the Wahoo! at 2pm. Head offshore and troll until big game bite slows. Either bottom fish or swordfish overnight. As sun comes up, troll again for more big game fish and perhaps bottom fish if the boat is not too full of fish already. Arrive back at the dock at 2pm. The nice thing about overnight trips is the big game bite is strongest at first light and last light. Overnight trips give you two shots at peak conditions.

Grand Slam Offshore Package: $3500 

This package is not available often because it is so weather permitting, but when it is, it is the definition of epic. Weather permitting, load up in both Wahoo! and Three Dog Night, our brand new 23 foot center console, and head offshore at 5am. Split the crew in half. Half starts on Wahoo! and half starts on Three Dog Night. Wahoo! trolls while Three Dog Night bottom fishes. Throughout the day, switch crew until everyone has their fill at both disciplines.

The real advantage here however is Three Dog Night is arguably the world’s best bottom fishing boat because it is equipped with the i-pilot GPS tracking trolling motor, enabling it to anchor above individual sections of reefs, targeting specific species. We can literally move in strategic 10 foot square sections and target the species. Other boats can only drift over spots, staying over the optimal section for just a few minutes. Or, they can try to use a regular anchor, but it can take an hour trying to get anchored over the right spot and if the wind or current changes, you are off the spot again. 

This package is “weather permitting” because while Wahoo! can comfortably handle almost any sea, Three Dog Night would be rather uncomfortable in heavier seas. Not unsafe, but pretty bouncy and rough. This package is not on our reservations system because we cannot guarantee its availability because it is so weather reliant. Prior to going out we will let you know if it is available and you can decide if you want to use it. Maximum 10 guests. 5am – 5pm. 

Harbor Cruises: $400 first 3 hours, $100 each additional hour
