We have the best private land hunting anyone could ask for.  We operate a horseback elk hunt in northern New Mexico on a 7,000 acre cattle ranch.  This hunt takes place at 10,000 feet and is done from the comforts of a cabin or a big wall tent at a spike camp location.  We have all the food and lodging, only thing required by the hunter is their personal gear and a desire to elk hunt.  The region is teeming with elk and has the most spectacular views.  The success rate is always above 90% for a nice mature bull elk 5x5 or larger with most being around the 280-300 class.  Most shots are taken  100-300 yards.
