Ray Rosher started his professional fishing career in 1979 working as a mate, then a captain, aboard a corporate boat until 1999. During that time, he learned the importance of attention to details, the value of long term relationships and customer care. In 1999, Capt. Ray started Miss Britt Charters and shared those values with his crew – creating a sport fishing culture based on integrity, honesty, and diligence.
