Spring Creek Resort is situated in the heart of South Dakota’s finest fishing and hunting territory. Overlooking beautiful Lake Oahe just 17 miles north of Pierre, SD. Spring Creek Resort specializes in fully guided fishing and pheasant hunting, goose hunting adventure. We are also the destination of choice for family reunions, corporate retreats, special occasion gatherings, and nationally known fishing tournaments.
Fishing : LAKE OAHE OFFERS PHENOMENAL FISHING!! With nearly 30 fish species that provide anglers with a variety of fishing adventures. The most popular fish include walleye, salmon, small mouth bass, trophy northern pike, and channel catfish. We are also home to a handy convenience store/bait shop offering the freshest bait of the season and tackle necessary to catch the "Big One"!
Hunting : Pheasant Hunt and Goose Hunt with our very own Spring Creek South Dakota Outfitters. The fall pheasant and goose hunting is spectacular!!! We have thousands of privately owned acres of the best pheasant hunting and waterfowl habitat in South Dakota
Accommodations : Our completely remodeled cabins include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, (with coffee) and cable TV & Wi-Fi. We offer 2 and 3 bedroom cabins and 4 single bedroom units, with 2 units featuring handicapped accessibility. Pristine and peaceful, these comfortable accommodations are great places to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Oahe’s Spring Creek! An on-site boat ramp and fish cleaning facilities round out the amenities.
Restaurant & Lounge : Fish or hunt during the day...relax and enjoy our peaceful surroundings at night. Our lodge is the central gathering place in the evenings for sharing your outdoor tales. Good food goes hand in hand with a great vacation or adventure. At Spring Creek Resort, you'll also enjoy an affordable Premier Steakhouse featuring mouthwatering, U.S.D.A. prime steaks and a cozy lounge where you can settle in with a favorite cocktail
