All Hunts are Based on availability

All hunts are a 1 day hunt for groups of up to 6 guests(with 2 night lodging included)and a 2 day hunt for groups of 7 or more(with 3 night lodging include). Meals are also provided at no additional cost during your stay.

Non hunting guests are also welcome at a rate of $50 per night.                          

                                                    *********Important Notice******* 

Some of the neighboring states are giving hunters a hard time that transport deer across county lines so

Starting in the fall of 2014 we are now going to include in our price that the deer that are harvested at our facility will be Skinned, and quartered and the head will be skinned out. That way it will meet the regulations to cross any State line and this will be done at no extra cost to the Hunter.

Kentucky Turkey Hunts

Turkey Hunts will be a 3 day hunt ,with no more than 6 hunters at a time and we will only be taking 12 hunters out each spring. Hunt dates will be from April 18th until May 16th 

Prices are $1200 per hunter for a 3 day hunt on a first come basis. $1100 for groups of 3-4. 

$1000 for groups of 5-6

A $500 non refundable deposit is due to book a Hunt and the Balance due on or before the 1st day of the hunt.   

We are flexible with the days we hunt so you can call for availability

Kentucky Deer Hunts

Deer hunts will be a 5 day hunt. The property is a trophy management area with only bucks scoring 130" Gross Boone/Crockett scoring being allowed to be harvested. No more than 10 hunters will be hunting on the property at any given time and their will be at least 2-3 weeks in between each group of hunters.

September 5th-10th velvet hunt (Re curve and compound bows only) $1500.00 

October 3rd-8th (Archery / Cross Bows ) $1500.00 

October 24th-29th Pre Rut and Rut (Archery / Cross Bows ) $1800.00 

November 24th-29th Rut and Post Rut (Archery / Crossbows) $1800.00 

December 13th-17th (Muzzle loader) $1800.00 

10% discount for groups of 3-5 hunters 

15% discount for groups of 6-8 hunters 

20% discount for groups of 9-10 hunters 

$500 Non Refundable deposit due to book a hunt with balance due on or before the 1st day of the hunt.

A liability waiver must be signed before hunting
